There are two kinds of taxis in Korea: a standard taxi and a deluxe taxi. A deluxe taxi is slightly more expensive than a standard taxi. Taxi fanes are usually paid in cash, but many taxis now accept payment by credit card or public transit card. Tipping is not necessary.
