Lesson 2: Medial Commas.
Medial simply means in the middle. So medial commas mark words that are added to the medial position within a sentence. Medial commas always come in pairs. In most cases, the medial position falls between the subject and the predicate in a sentence. Often, the subject is the who or what of the sentence; the predicate is the action the who or what performs.
